Why not make the quizzes PM entry? That way there can be no copying and the quizzes might be a little more fun, you might get more entrants too. Create a thread asking for entrants then members can ask for a copy of the questions and have a vague discussion without going into detail eg "question 4 is a cracker" tell everyone when the answers will be published then after publishing them post the players scores.

Just a suggestion to make them more appealing.
