He was on loan at Swindon and had apparantly agreed a contract with them but new owners decided not to honour it. He has now signed for Oldham

Was in good form for Swindon when Di Canio left and thought he had earned a new deal.  Now at Oldham and scored a double a couple weeks ago.  Not sure how well he is performing for them though.

I play pool with a bloke who watches Oldham regularly. Most impressed so far with Rooney but reckons that Dayton is the bees knees. I am planning to go with him to a match next month.
