25 Years of ICT Knowhow required !!

I have received a novel birthday present but I am flummoxed and require the assistance of fans with 25 years of ICT knowledge.

We have had so many tin-pot players over the years so I am really struggling with what to call this chap. What is your advice ?

And what type of indoor plant should I purchase in order to add an appropriate hairstyle ?

All I can add is that he is as solid as Ridgers, safer than McKay, sturdier than Welsh and can jump as high as White.

What a great present!  You could call him "Rosco" and instead of a plant just fill it with sand to represent his shaved head.
