I don't know about sounding out of breath but he does speak like there's a full stop every 4 words in what he's saying.

"You have to do it. come 3 o'clock."

well listen to that then. I 1st noticed it when he was a player at hibs and he was doing a wee tv interview and he had to stop and breath every 4 words or so.

Aye, let's get rid of the lazy, unfit bstard and get someone more athletic in, like maybe Jeffries or Calderwood.

He does that to give himself time to think about what he is saying. If I was dealing with the media on live TV/radio I'd probably do the same.

Aye - it's much better than hear smeone say ehhhh between every second word when they need to think about what to say next....

I prefer the way dutch guys do the "eeehhhh" It seems really deep and prolonged. Add a Ronald De Boer eye brow in there and it's almost funny.
