So...you have nothing against Richie's appointment. Nothing against Brian Rice's appointment. But the Board need to go?! Wise Up fer fecks sake mun! Is it the board that picks the teams, formations, tactics, training regimes? Is it the board that decides when to run with the ball, or whether to pass? No, it's not! The fact of the matter is, Richie hasn't been great, and the players haven't been great. Although at times, they have been excellent though! And and inch here or there on some passes and shots and we could quite easily be fighting for that 3rd place spot. I just don't see what causing turmoil throughout the club is going to achieve? To me, these seem like reactionary, heat of the moment comments due to where we currently find ourselves....but if you didn't see this hard slog coming then you were living in cuckoo-land! I've been to every game this season, except Well away, and I haven't witnessed a relegation team. At times, they've been amazing and at times, far from it, but I don't think they are deserving of their current position. And to say the players or Richie don't care, or are not trying hard enough, is just tosh. You can see it in their body language, hear it in their voices, and see it in their play, but when you find yourself in this position, you get zero breaks of the ball and none of the 50/50 decisions. Now, when the chips are down, we need to get behind our team. Behind our manager. Behind our Board. Because We Are Caley(thistle), Super Caley, no-one likes us, we don't care!

CB has already made some decent points, but let's see: The club has spent half its existence in the top flight. It's had half a dozen visits to the national stadium in the past decade or so, a national cup win, another national final, and has beaten the ugly sisters multiple times even on their own midden. A top 3 finish and a nice wee trip to Bucharest (thank you very much). Not to mention some of the best football I've seen in a lifetime, under Pele in the lower leagues (during that time, a few of us were happy to buy season tickets and travel up from Edinburgh and the Borders, and I'm speaking as somebody who has seen Cruyff, Law, Beckenbauer, Dalglish etc). Give Ayr Utd a 3 goal lead? No problem. Give Hearts a goal lead and 2 man advantage? No problem. The championship is chock full of clubs who have greater resources than we have. Supporters of Falkirk, Dunfermline, St Mirren, Raith, not to mention the big two at the top, would give their right hand to have the success that we have been spoiled with, and yet in the fastest-growing city in Europe or whatever, fewer than 3k are willing to get off their arses/sofas to support a club which isn't much short of a miracle.

The town doesn't deserve this club, never has. In the meantime Richie has to get a striker and a centre back in on loan, if he has any network at all. Thin margins yesterday against County, the difference between a team that's going well and a team sapped of all confidence.

  5. No complaints from me about that game yesterday (other than the performance of ICT obviously). County thoroughly deserved that win and probably should have been out of sight by half time. I felt they did to us what we had done to them on so many occasions in the past - sit in and hit on the counter. Interesting to see Boyce played almost like a right winger for most of the game. I've not often been impressed with Boyce in games between the sides in Dingwall but I thought he was excellent yesterday. A real menace and he took his goals well although I think he'd be chancing it to say his second was meant as anything other than a cross which seemed to go straight through Fon Williams. The first County goal was everything about ICT at the back this season in the space of a few seconds. Disorganised, chasing shadows and just simply all over the place. Tremarco grabbed a scarcely deserved equaliser before the slightly fortuitous second from Boyce. Third was a classic case of County 'wanting it more' and completely out muscling ICT to win the ball back and then take advantage of our non existent defending to wrap the game up. Whilst Fisher got a goal back after a good positive run by King who saw his effort spilled by Fox and tucked away by Fisher it made the game look at a lot closer than it was. 3 - 2 might look like a close game but it was a pretty straight forward win for the Staggies. They passed up other good chances to add to their lead whereas I can't really recall many clear cut opportunities for ICT to get back into the game. Really can't grumble with the result. Big questions now for ICT. The team looks seriously short on confidence. With players like Tansey and Meekings reluctant to commit their futures to the club they could well be away before we pick up on league business towards the end of January. I still feel we are in desperate need of a Mckay or Storey type attacker. Someone with a bit of pace who can play off the shoulder of the defence. Right now we seem to start most games with a tall forward, playing with his back to goal trying to win countless lumps up the park with little or no support and instead of playing with 'proper' wingers to try and attack down the flanks and send in some crosses for the likes of Doumbouya to attack. Instead we play central midfielders there most of the time. Dropping Polworth yesterday was an odd one and the continuing presence of Vigurs in the starting XI continues to baffle. A lot of players are seriously under performing right now and Forans tactics seem somewhat limited with only one game plan seemingly evident most matches. NareysToepoker on Twitter noted that this is the lowest points total accumulated by any ICT side after this many games in any division. That we have fewer points now than at the same stage of the relegation season of 08/09 is extremely concerning however the only saving grace is that we haven't become completely detached. Yet.

What the feck does this have to do with the media side ?!! I am quite happy with Peter Paul and this forum. We are talking about devotees who do the job fer peanuts.
  8. I've never fancied Doumbouya since day 1 at Pittodrie. He looks like he's towing a caravan. Yesterday against Davies confirmed everything you said including the dying swan. Time to give Fisher a run unless we can get somebody in on loan.

Richie is the one suddenly sapped of confidence. His bearded look and voice do not currently inspire and after both Motherwell and County, he sounds very down but is not blaming the players. Fergie came close to the sack but survived and the rest is history. I am sure Richie will do the honourable thing even though he appears to have a 4 year contract - bound to be performance clauses in that though - if we capitulate to Elgin and Partick. We were asleep for the first few minutes of each half yesterday but overall played well. I had said in advance of the game that Lonsana needed a rest as indeed did Cole. Once those players were replaced we began to play well but were exposed by the third goal. The club has the players to get results against Elgin and Partick but should we lose against Partick, that will be the key moment for action on the managerial front.
  11. Then cast your mind back to earlier days when fans were saying .." It's so refreshing now that Richie's style of attacking play is so different from that of J Hughes." What has happened to change these feelings I wonder? I've seen some great football on some of the highlights so why is all lost in the minds of the moaners and groaners? Truly, is it really ALL Mr. Foran's fault? Or are the players, perhaps, not buying into his instructions because they are not taking him seriously or don't fear or respect him as much as they should because they think he is still a rookie manager? Isn't this as much of a major change for them as it is for Richie Foran? Going from Hughes to Foran is like going from the ridiculous to the ...? Or is it forgotten that the team has suffered some major, devastating and team upsetting injuries this season which have thrown them right off track? Which, in turn, has now sadly affected their confidence and the fluidity of the team? And the team has suffered some bad luck also, e.g. penalties not given by refs when they should have been, etc., this season. So the team as a whole is probably down and disjointed at this point and not liking it any more than the fans. Thus is it not the time to really get behind the team and be fair to Richie by at least allowing him one full season at the helm before calling for his head on a platter? Without the backing of the fans he's like the players brought in who don't get a chance to play and remain on the sidelines or on the bench etc., so never get the chance to develop and boost their confidence levels. So his head is going down ( post match interviews) and you can't blame him for that in my mind? All of which seems to me to be counterproductive in terms of training the employees to be ready for the inevitable injuries and bad breaks that come with the territory and leads to the undermining of the team's solidarity and so on. And who is to say that any other Manager would be able to make that much of a difference, better than what we are encountering in the present situation, than the man in charge right now? The Board is NOT going to sack Richie just because the team gets relegated so any chance of having him dumped before the end of the season is fantasy. Financially alone that would not be a wise decision and we all did previously realise that he was not a fully experienced Manager so we had to expect the possibility that this might not be the most successful season ever? Do you think it is possible that the Management did not understand the possible negative consequences of the appointment as well? Of course they did but I feel sure that they also did understand the possibility of future success with Richie once he DID have experience and that was reason enough to award him a four year contract because they knew that Rome wasn't built in a day, funds were dangerously low in the club and he was committed to living and working in Inverness over a long term---not like previous Managers whose loyalties lay in self promotion, self advantage and self aggrandisement.
  12. I’ve tallied up the totals for 2016. I don't get this attitude on here that Foran can do no wrong, his lack of experience is showing as is his stubborn nature not to change things even when the team struggling - 1 up front isn't working and hasn't been for weeks and we aren't creative enough in front of the back 6. The 3 behind the striker aren't doing enough - we have pace in mulraney and most creativity from king, Doran or polly yet these guys are either benched or played out of position. Questions have to be asked about the support Foran gets from those in the rest of the management team and whether Rice is the right man to help Foran develop. Some on here want to blame the board, blame Hughes or blame the fans for not being supportive enough but after this many games we aren't seeing an improvement or anything that suggests a formula for success. Many on here wanted foran to get the job, but his lack of experience is telling. If we don't recruit in Jan which given our lack of fans or budget is unlikely then we won't stay up. Come back after the break and loose to Elgin which is feasible and it's going to be a long hard negative slog til the end of the season. Add to that the impending loss of tansey and meekings it's weaker we will become. The board need to act but it's in either replacing foran or improving the network around him by bringing in an experienced coach to help him with tactics and most importantly organising the defence. Sacking the board is a ludicrous call.

Doofer's Dad's thoughtful summing up says it all. That's a great post. The Board will not sack Richie for a variety of reasons. e.g. promises, pride, low Bank account, high-priced but unpredictable other Managers who could in any event just turn out to be a real liability anyway.. But I would not be surprised if he resigns at a future date just to allow everyone else to save face if things get worse and worse. If the team is relegated the crowds will surely still come if they continue to get better and keep on working hard? He's a decent lad is Richie and he's had very bad luck as well including character-less referees who don't feel the necessity to award penalties to ICT when blatant hand balls in the box occur with some regularity. If these penalties (as per the rules) had been given with alacrity where would we be now? That tells me that the High Head Yins don't particularly care for the unpredictable and sometimes very hard working and brilliant ICT taking trophies and high league positions away from the Terrible Twins and other teams. Sorry, but the deck does appear to be stacked against the very dangerous and exciting ICT. Particularly after the Scottish Cup win so that now people are always looking over their shoulder wondering what the fabled ICT will do next? The wee team frae the Hielans are now so unpredictable with their dogged persistence and often great football that the pundits don't know what to expect and keep looking over their shoulder expecting anything to happen these days. I have accessed the SPL site daily for years and I sense this strongly. We have earned their respect AND a degree of surprised affection that we should capitalise on too. We now have to explode out of the rut of near despair and get on with it and fight for redemption without a backward glance. But, if the underdog falters and falls down at any point then he will also be kicked! Time for Richie to harangue the troops, excite them and inspire them. The team has to grit their teeth and work harder. The Manager must forget relegation and work harder in the face of adversity. The Board must show faith in them and remind them of it repeatedly. And, last but by no means least, the fans musty continue to show faith in them and show up as well to put their money in the till.

The first quoted passage pretty well summarises the case for what ICT has done, both for itself and for Inverness as well. As such, this also largely represents any case FOR any suggestion that whether or not Inverness "deserves" the club IS a relevant consideration. There's no doubt that ICT has played a major role in highlighting this city and that's before you take into account questions of direct economic impact, including the road opening up the Harbour. In the second passage, is there perhaps a hint here of the proposition that football should be exempt from the usual laws of economics, marketing, supply and demand? The club is there, it's difficult to conceive of anyone who doesn't know that, its many achievements and its ongoing life are well publicly documented. This has resulted, over the last dozen years, in crowds which started at an average ballpark of 4000 but which are now descending towards 3000. That clearly demonstrates the current demand for the product on the basis of how it is marketed and the huge number of factors which will determine whether people feel it is worth the time and expense to attend. I do think that one significant factor is that our quite sparsely populated and remote area may be finding it difficult to sustain two Premiership clubs in the longer term. I don't quite buy into the scenario that Ross County are doing better than ICT by drawing similar crowds from a less well populated area. (They may or may not be marketing their product better but that's a different issue.) I think Inverness is a big factor here in what are two largely overlapping catchment areas. To a lot of people who live in Inverness, including some Invernessians (if you see the distinction) there's not the same partisan divide as many perceive. I therefore look on this as two rival clubs competing for what is significantly a common market - which isn't big enough to sustain them both. However Ross County are to some extent insulated from some of the economic realities by a benefactor, although that statement shouldn't evoke any outbursts of self-righteousness from ICT fans. After all, ICT was more or less bust in 1999 and six years later was playing SPL football in an SPL compliant stadium, largely thanks to various interventions from Tulloch. For me the emerging picture, in a market place where TV and other factors are a significant deterrent to attendance, is that the Inner Moray Firth is struggling to sustain two Premiership clubs in the longer term. Unfortunately, the first historical analogy which comes to mind is that of the USA winning the Cold War because its much greater spending power helped it to strangle the Soviet Union.

I can't see the Board sacking Foran. Having given him a massive vote of confidence by giving him a four year contract the Board would lose credibility by doing so. Ending his contract so soon would also cost money which would inhibit the potential both for replacing him with someone with a track record and investing in new players. It is not a question of sacking Foran, it is a question of how he can be supported at this early stage of his career so that he can begin to deliver on the potential they clearly see in him. I agree with much of what has been said about the reasons for us struggling this season but at the end of the day, the margins between success and failure are very fine and had we got a bit more of the rub of the green at times this year, we could be sitting in the top six and not at the foot of the table. Had that been the case, we'd all be saying what a good job Richie is doing. But we are where we are. We are not adrift at the bottom - far from it, but achieving safety does require a significant improvement in results. In most seasons, averaging a point a game would see a team above the bottom 2. We have 16 points from 21 games and therefore to get 38 points by the end of the season we need another 22 from just 17 more games. That is 1.3 points per game. St Johnstone in 5th spot are currently averaging 1.4 points per game, so that gives a measure of the standard we need to produce for the rest of season. I'm not going to comment now on what I think is wrong and how it might be improved, but what I would be interested in is what the Board's attitude to relegation is. We are not a club that has the resources to buy our way out of relegation every year and whilst I am sure there will be some resources available, any players available who are better than we have now will cost a lot. Foran's 4 year contract indicates a long term plan which perhaps accepts we may go down this season with time then to rebuild without over-committing financially. A club our size has absolutely no right to expect to be in the top flight year on year. Personally, I don't think relegation in itself would be a disaster. What would be a disaster would be to spend silly money in order to avoid relegation and then get relegated in any case. I do often wonder about the wisdom of saying that we need to strengthen. What it does is to say to the current players that they are not considered good enough. As I said earlier, the margins between success and failure are very fine and with a bit of good luck, a bit of improvement at the back and some improvement in tactical awareness I am convinced that we have a squad good enough to avoid the drop. Despite our lowly position, we have seen some entertaining football this season, and I have seen enough to be convinced that whether or not we go down this year, a future with Richie Foran at the helm for the next few years will be a very exciting one.

    Happy New Year
  21. Could have/should have been a slaughter yesterday. County looked menacing every time they went forward. It was like "if you by huffing and puffing, get lucky and get a goal back, then we'll just go up and get another one" We looked slow/blunt. No idea why RF persists in starting with Vigurs and one large, slow target-man striker. Vigurs has given some special moments but him and Tansey in the same team is a "luxury" we can ill afford. Even if Tansey moves on, I'd rather see Polworth start. We can still save our season with: 1. Storey back ... his pace working off Doumbouya/Fisher could transform us going forward 2. Full backs defending more and attacking with less abandon. If we have a winger-type on each side, then why do Mckay and Tremarco need to leave the centrebacks so exposed? Tremarco is coming in with goals but what is the point if we are shipping more at the back? Really want RF to turn this around but don't think he was watching the same game if he thought we were the better team.
  22. I've believed for a long time that our poor organisation is down to Rice, I firmly believe Foran being largely inexperienced is letting Rice run the training ground. I think a good move would be to get rid of Rice and bring in someone with a better track record and maybe even past experience working with Foran or ICT. In my opinion there was no point in getting rid of Dumb but leaving Dumber
  23. 1 point
Not sure if that was Foran's decision. It was finance related again. Yogi appointed buddy Rice in a Good Samaritan move. And again am I alone in not being too surprised that we may be relegated. I am surprised that we have stayed in the Prem for so long and more surprised (although evidently delighted) that we came back up the next season. We are basically a "feeder" club. We will never hold on to any promising player. We are a "shop window" club. We will never attract more than 3-4000 punters and that clearly affects our financial clout. We will never be able to compete with wages and agent demands. We are still in the "back of beyond" geographically. Our survival is based on "togetherness" and "playing for the shirt". Too many this season do NOT fit that bill. Richie's main Achilles heel is that he still appears to be "one of the boys". I will always wallow in our cup runs and triumph and the fact that we actually played in Europe. Sugar Daddy required or bye, bye Premiership.

The only thing that is going to get us out of the mire is the appointment of an experienced ex-manager on a 6 month contract - as an assistant manager or the famed Director of Football position.
  25. I am desperate for Richie Foran to do well but im afraid some of his decisions and the loyalty he is showing to certain players is mind blowing. Owaim Fon Williams is costing us too many goals and is not the commanding figure he should be. Iain Vigurs offers nothing and does not deserve to start every week. His lack of quality and commitment is horrendous. Larnell Cole is ok going forward but defensively is not interested, he gives Brad no protection or help at all. We have to change things and go 442. Billy King, who was outstanding when he came on today, Ryan Esson if fit and Scott Boden should come in in my view. Also when Richie made the double change and took on Fisher and King why did he put Draper up front with Fisher. Why not leave Doumbaye or put Boden, two strikers, on instead. It made no sense at all. Richie is there to make big and brave decisions and at the moment he is not doing it. The sooner he does the better or we will be cut adrift at the bottom very soon.

No, Hughes basically decided he didn't want to do the job any more, unless it was on his terms. If your girlfriend announces that she'll only stay with you if she gets regular jewellery, fancy restaurants and designer clothing, it's time to part ways.

Sadly that's the case. Everyone avoiding the issue here. We're going down, it'll be catastrophic and I doubt we'll come back up. Part time football on the horizon and the long-term sustainability of the club in question. Big issues. Time for change now.
  29. Three wins in twenty games, no wins in the last ten, and three goals conceded in five of the last ten. I said at the start that the current squad should be good enough for a mid table finish and with an experienced manager I had no doubt that it would be but we don't have an experienced Manager, we don't even have a Manager who has served an apprenticeship as an assistant. I wanted things to work out for RF but it hasn't and is not going to improve. I defended JH's style of play and pointed to the fact that JH managed to pick up a steady stream of points even with a horrendous injury list. Look back to the number of first teamers missing after the double header with Astra plus the fact we had lost Shinnie and Watkins. I understand why the board parted with JH and I also understand why JH pushed as hard as he did to improve the squad, he wanted to kick on. Under JH we had a style of play whether you liked it or not, that has gone out of the window now, the team is directionless both defensively and offensively, I believe they are going out hoping to win whereas under JH I believe they went out expecting to win.Remember Tremarco's comment after the SC final that he was afraid of the manager when he got sent off? that says it all. Watkins called JH a madman, they all knew the plan and the consequences of not delivering it. It's no one's fault really, the board took a gamble on RF, they wanted some stability which we haven't had since Patterson but it hasn't worked and they now need to make a decision.
  30. Definitely this. I thought that taking Vigurs out of the deeper-lying role where Foran was playing him for a long time would make a difference in this respect, and we did look more solid against Hamilton and especially against Rangers, but it doesn't seem to have worked today. I'd like to see Polworth Tansey and Draper starting in the middle, for the greater energy and adaptibility that they give - any one of the three could play in a more advanced role at different times in the game while the other two stay deep. I just don't think Vigurs gives us enough, regardless of where he's playing. Regarding the goal-scoring figures, we need to remember that they are skewed by the Cafu-like exploits of Mr Tremarco... ;)

Very rational response. As I write, I am listening to Off The Ball where Stuart Cosgrove, with the insight of a fan of another sparsely resourced provincial club, is making equally rational observations on the ICT situation. This is too complex an issue to examine with less than 6 hours of the year remaining, but the ease with which some fans part company with reality can be quite alarming.
  32. Pretty much agree with all you've said, and, like you, I wonder if Foran could do with someone other than Brian Rice as his no 2, as Rice certainly didn't seem to inspire particularly inventive or adaptable football after he replaced Latapy, and we are certainly in need of an alternative to the way we are playing just now. The bit in bold, though: it's true that we've retained the core of defence and midfield that won us the cup, but the forward line is completely different, and that makes a colossal difference; easily, potentially, the difference between top 6 and going down. I'd go as far as to say that think we have the poorest striking options, relative to our level, that we've had in my 20 years of watching the team. Also, I think there has been a fairly notable decline in the form of Gary Warren in particular, so although the defence might contain largely the same personnel as the cup-winning team, it's not quite the 'same' defence in terms of reliability.

The same board that helped build cup finalists in 2 consecutive years? Cup winners and European qualification and a highest ever league finish. True they took a gamble appointing Foran and at present things are not going well. But things change quickly in football. 2 wins and we'll be competing for the top 6 again, even if at the moment it's hard to see where those wins will come from.
  36. We lost to Motherwell because we were poor and created little much like so many games this season, possession and tepid play in the middle or the park or hoofing long balls from back to front when chasing the game dont provide winning positions. Those that reside in the camp where its just bad luck need to look at last season and the DUtd situation where they lost games by the odd goal, were deemed to play well and were unlucky - they went down and we will too. As a critic of Vigurs, I can say its nothing to do with his former club or even his attitude when at the club first time, its his attitude now - there appears a lack of fight or creativity from him, often loosing possession and failing to track back or even attempt tackles. His set piece delivery is not to the required level of quality or consistency like at times against Motherwell - we can make excuses about the weather or anything else but if Foran persevers with him we need more. Thats not removing blame from elsewhere either. Criticism of players, tactics or managment seem to be unacceptable on here now, however last season it was all fair game so long as it was directed at Hughes or Dani Lopez (who), although I see Hughes still blamed in this thread for leaving and the club having to appoint Richie. Perhaps some are not willing yet to accept that we have moved to a weaker position as a club through the changes made and there maybe isnt the capability to turn this around crowds are still not improving and we certainly dont have the cash to buy our way out of trouble.
  37. I have to say there has been some incredibly negative postings on this. Obviously results have not gone our way recently but while some of this has been down to poor play, I think it is fair to say we have carried little luck this season and suffered from some poor refereeing decisions. We should have won against Motherwell as we should have won against Hamilton and possibly should have drawn/won against Sevco. The margins in the league are just so tight this season that having that little bit of luck can make a huge difference. I also have to agree with other posters who have criticised the booing of the MOTM award for Vigurs. Everyone knows that the award is sponsored and some sponsors obviously have their own agenda for the award but to boo one of our own players for this is totally wrong. This forum seems to have a tendency for posters to pick on certain players when things go wrong and blame them for all our ills. The continued criticism of Tansey and Vigurs is totally unjustified. Sure Tansey may not be playing at his best but for some to suggest he is not trying is crazy. The criticism of Vigurs seems, to me, to be a case that many supporters don't like him because he left us for County and not on his actual football ability. These two players are not the reason we are where we are this season as football is a team game. I do genuinely think we are one win from turning the season around, and wouldn't it be good for that to start at Dingwall. Call me a happy clapper if you want but some of the posts on this game have really saddened and depressed me as a supporter.
  38. I think we have to stop pretending that we have anything other than a powder puff attack. I am sorry to say that Lonsana has very little to offer other than his height - and winning headers seldom leads to anything useful. He has had long enough now, and I can't see any progress- when he had two clear chances on Wed night he couldn't even test the goalkeeper. When Fisher came on, he was immediately more effective, challenging and winning balls, scrapping and harrying. We looked far better with him. And the other change was just as good - Doran suddenly gave more options, through crosses and shots. Cole looks like a promising kid, and should not be preferred over a proven and experienced player. He's a bench player. Those two should start tomorrow, with Polworth maybe behind Fisher. On top of that we have to cut out the cheap goals we give away. We are in a relegation battle , no use to pretend otherwise. Those three matches after the break are huge. We may have a couple of players in by then, but we have to shake up the current system, which is not working, Richie.

Agree entirely ,it is not as if he hasn't a past goal scoring record ,albeit not prolific ,but better than anything we currently have! If you are not playing you cannot score.

Also, not getting any game time....difficult to prove yourself with 5 minutes here or there. I maintain that playing him off Doumbouya or Fisher will prove fruitful

I'm not the one calling for "investment", by which I think you probably mean what this term normally seems to mean in football - people with money donating large amounts of it to football clubs in order to subsidise their loss making activities, principally due to paying players sums way above their realistic market value. At some grounds you really do need to think hard about how much of the ticket price is in effect subsidised in this way.

Mantis... to indulge in a bit of devil's advocacy, there are also many people in the town - possibly the majority - who don't really care very much if Inverness has the club or not because they support other ones or basically aren't interested in football. It could be argued that the absolute case for having a club is no stronger than the sum total of the desire for that outcome. If attendances compared with the latter HL days are anything to go by, it could also be argued that the town appreciates what it now has a lot more than it did before. There is, of course, a pretty strong counter-argument to all of that in the national and international exposure that Caley Thistle has given Inverness as a community, but on the other hand I'm sure that wasn't all that high on the agenda of those who founded the club and who overwhelmingly did that for football purposes. ICT many would say - and other clubs as well - live or die on the size of the market for what it provides.

Wholesale change needed. We're going down. Sack the board. We need investment, new ideas, new direction.
