I have herd the same story. I think its more than a rumour but i think the plan would be for it to still be the Social Club.

Not sure how a sale would work. The top floor has now been taken over by the Ness Bridge club on a 5 year lease which would presumably complicate any sale. Does anyone have any further detail?

ICT selling off their last real asset (although I have heard it's already been done)....and they wonder why people are questioning the finances and running of the club?

That wouldn't complicate anything at all as it would just be a sale and lease back, the Ness Bridge Club lease would just carry on as normal.

A big birdie told me Tullochs have bought the Caley Club. and a certain D.O.F. will be running it. :D

Oh aye, wonder if it will be for the the exact amount to pay off a certain foreign footballer? and... this is a pretty good money earner for ICT, will this continue i wonder?

And the moral of the story is that big birds will always give you more of the true story than a wee bird.
