my sky+ hd box

My tv seems to not be responding to my sky box. I have turned on my tv and sky box but the sky box is not showing on my telly and my tv says its getting no signal from it. Does anyone has a solution ASAP!

Turn the power to the sky box off for 30 mins or so then restart and follow the instructions ( its called a reboot) sorted out my last box ok.

Is your hd lead fully home and is the correct AV setting selected on your tele ?

If you're getting a "no signal is being received" message it could be a dish/lnb fault, but as DC says make sure all the connecting leads are pushed fully home.

If all these checks fail give Heilandee a call.

I've being getting this message quite alot these last few days. I go back on the same channel later and its fine

switching it off and unplugging for half an hour usually does the trick for me as well
