Broadband down and tech support blaming demand for Take That tickets for overloading their network/systems.

Seems to be something fishy going on at a national level. BT and Virgin Media's ADSL networks were both down from 7pm tonight.

Fault seems to have been traced to an exchange in Edinburgh.

Quite worrying that in this day and age that a single point of failure could cause such a widespread problem.
