I have no idea on the ICT side but Marius legal fees are at a frightening amount already

We dont care - our management have put money aside to pay for it all - It has not affected our accounts and it has not prevented the club from buying new players or offering new contracts - we stand by our Board and the decision to fight this against the odds - no matter what the outcome is. It is not about the money, it is a matter of principle.

IHE, you might want to ask CaleyD about whether the club have set aside any money or not as he questioned the Chairman about this at the AGM and got a very different answer to what you have said.

In further sincerity - I have to conceded that we should not question the Chairman and the Board who have kindly and honestly responded to a tricky question. We should also remember that previous comments and statements by the Board at public / fan meetings have always been proved to be correct and accurate in the end. Fortunately it has never occured that the Board have been caught out and the outcomes have never been closer to the rumours than the information provided.

Mmmmmmmmmm - this is apparently similiar to the stony silence at the aforementioned meeting when the issue was raised. We will just have to trust the muppets the Board on this one.
