wouldnt imagine so,usually if someone complains about bootleg items on e-bay takes them 3-4 days to act and thats not even at christmas time

does anyone know the deal with the item being pulled from ebay. will  i still get my copy or will i have to get a refund. if so how can i get a refund?

I got mine today, so I would think you would get it no problem.  If the guy got your money I'm sure he'll send it.  Just watched it.  Definitely worth a watch when you're having a bad day, really gives you that feel good factor all over again.  Fantastic.
