  1. What a great night!......knocking County out of the Scottish cup at Home ya beauty. And what a way to do it, 2-2 then penalties, Mark saves one & we score all FIVE!!! Absolute class
  2. Good cup tie swinging from end to end. I did think we deserved to win it in extra time . However the penalty shoot out was great in front of the county end. What a shift by Jordan White two well taken goals and stepping up to take the first penalty. Finally we see off county. Hope this acts as a catalyst. Good support from the crowd and a much better feel all round. Well done to the whole team.
  3. It's a good job I can type, because I have lost my voice shouting at that amazing cup tie. A game that had everything and some good performances as well. To come back twice and nearly win it at the end showed great character from the team, and hopefully we can take this into the next game. And to silence the county rabble at the end was priceless.
  4. Good game ? great effort and result from the team ?? The best atmosphere we have had at home for a long time well done to the young team ?

Ross. Appreciate the responses so far and for you taking the time to give your own opinion/answers on the questions asked. You have been registered on here for about 10 years, so as a fan yourself and not just a director, you know that most are realistic in knowing we always have challenges and that supporting any football team is a rollercoaster ride, but receiving responses to questions and regular communication is sometimes all thats needed to calm fears and defuse bad feeling when things are tough. Even if the answers are tough ones too. We had a great few years of success so this current malaise is hard to take. I wish you well in trying to turn it around.
  6. FORGIVE ME MR RAE & MR ROBERTSON
  7. ICT and the Scottish Cup ?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️
  8. One way or another it is going to be a night of high drama. Could be needing a wee rub of the green. Let's get right behind the team and help make this another famous night in the Scottish cup. ?
  9. Well worth the win Never gave up Beaton and his assistants woeful . Fourth official spent game talking to Ferguson with frequent thumbs up . Gardyne should have had second yellow for head into Mackay and Van der weg straight red for punch after . however - who cares they’re out and we march on
  10. Great fighting display especially coming back twice from a goal down. hit the bar and the post and Fox had a couple of good saves. Five brilliant penalties at the away end into the bargain. Good crowd making plenty of noise resulting in a cracking cup tie.
  11. Happy to report my gut feeling was completely wrong Well done ICT that result was badly needed to boost morale on the pitch and for fans Hope lots make the effort to go to Tannadice
  12. Oh my. That was tense but the relief is so great. Love this club to bits. Hats off to the players. Same again next round!
  13. The last time Draper went up to take the final penalty for his team in the Scottish Cup my feckin total internal connections went missing for days.
  14. Why would they be preoccupied with today's game at the weekend ? I didn't think raising your game to play your local rivals was so all consuming. I think they were just under strength and played like a bunch of fannies.

I ve asked the lad at the club to make sure its open and I can get into it. It will definitely sorted in the next 24 hours.
  16. Did you check your head for your glasses?
  17. First class, congrats to all team and crowd, well done to the young lads for getting the atmosphere going. At home beating County in the cup on pen shootout a damn good night I'd say
  18. I this I should say that everyone, including the management deserve enormous credit for tonight . They showed great character coming back twice from a goal down and nearly won it before ET when Fox nearly scored an OG (I think) and we also hit the bar. As I said in another thread, Mark Ridgers is my new hero, for that penalty save alone :). With our record of penalties scored this season, it's even better that we win it without missing one. I am really happy tonight and am hoping this is the springboard to success in the league.
  19. A fantastic win and so enjoyable to beat the County. The whole team were a credit to the club and you could see how much it meant to the players at the end. In all the excitement I lost my glasses ?
  20. For tonight anyway !!
  21. You feckin beauty! I knew we had it in us, given the amount of times we have been the better team with nothing to show for it. Great chance for a semi final day out now. Bring it on.
  22. Yes lol but, MARK RIDGERS is my hero now ?.
  23. Buzzing with that bring on the Arabs!
  24. A wee cup practice against Dundee United on 26th February. Bus leaves Caley Club 3.30pm Stadium 3.45pm . Book through Facebook or on 07462218717. Cmon Inverness
  25. What a fantastic ending. My internet connection went down just as Draper was running up to take his penalty. I'm still fuming that I didn't hear the ending live. But, what joy. Wonder what AS and the other White 'bashers, are thinking now? Well done to all the team. Our season may just kick on now.
  26. Woohoo great result! Traffords our lucky charm!!!
  27. FIVE OUT OF FECKIN FIVE - YA FECKIN DANCER
  28. Surely Austin will get a run out! If you see Trafford warming up time to leave the games a bogey!
  29. Could be in for a long night. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this go to extra time and penalties. Though a dodgy decision letting us score the winner in the 91st minute off someone’s chin would be outstanding
  30. Agree Gregor - two up top for me as long as we have a winger supplying decent balls in. Old fashioned maybe but I'm not bothered. I haven't heard about Polworth, I think he picked up a knock at the last game - probably down to an overly robust challenge by Dross Raper again - hence was out at the weekend. Which, agreed again, was poor but I concur that they were pre-occupied with tonight and I'm not offering that as an excuse. Jaysus, we need a win against these feckers tonight, scoosh Dundee United and then the season is off again...........?
  31. I think we need to vary our formation at times as I’ve said before two up front certainly produces more opportunities, but I am aware that really good performances have been with using 4231 as in all games v County and one of the best performances this season against Partick when we went 3 goals up in first half only to lose two late on. I think Saturdays performances from the players or lack of it, was down to them thinking about tonight’s game and I’m sure we will get a good performance tonight. One thing was evident from Saturday if we play 4231 we need to play Polworth in the centre of the 3 , Doran and Walsh appeared to show us they are not comfortable in the middle to pick a pass as Polworth does when he plays there.
  32. It's not rocket science guys ffs we don't score enough goals Iv got 25 year old scissors with more of a cutting edge than us! Most of the teams in this division are gash if u can somehow find a 15-20 goal a season striker on the no doubt pitiful wage wer offering well win more games but as Robbos said to a pal of mine I find me a goal scorer for £500 a week it's not championship manager

I can assure you that Im not relishing in our limited progress this year. My wee lad was in tears after the QoS game a few weeks ago. I ken how he feels. I ll be up the morn again. And again . Please come and say hello the morn if youre passing. F**k me gently, we need a win the morn.

Re the wee girl why not ask the steward what he was thinking about? Seems to be somewhat hasty in his judgement and a polite reminder would probably have gone a longer way. Also remind him gently that the club subsists on punters like these two good fans.....! As for the questions of sacking anybody ,does anyone think that either the Manager or the High Heid Yins feel great about the limited progress being made this year? Of course they probably don't. Sacking JR is a thoughtless attitude. That's like the crew of the sailing ship "Pretty Polly" doesn't like the way the ship is turning in the wind and is screaming at the mate ''Let's chuck the Captain overboard"", make for yonder island and we can rebuild the boat from the weak and young palm trees, if (i.e when) it smashes up on the shore." I think we should continue to shout encouragement to JR and the lads and then shout again. No other way of salvaging this season, which frankly has not been THAT bad if you look at the table. NOt great, like, but not HORRIBLE either.

Hers a thought, I ve got an email address at the stadium which I havent used yet. I ll make sure its up and running tomorrow and if I dinna get back with answers in reasonable time get back to me and remind me. I ve got my own businesses down in Dundee, where I live and work, so i havent got buckets of spare time but I can sometimes forget things . [email protected] On the West Stand , it makes sense for folk wanting to stand. If its a cost issue , which makes sense , I ll get back and tell you. Cannae see any other reason. It would help if you send me bullet points so I can put them forward. I ll see what the steward crack is with the stewards. Personally over zealous stewards can seriously **** me off . Thanks for taking the time to contact with me. I ll do all I can to help our club. Cheers
  37. What’s the odds on a draw at FT, drawing at the end of extra time and penalties to decide ??????

Almost as many as he's had double vodkas ! 'Sack the Board' may be a good thread title but, speaking as one who has been highly critical of the current regime, you can only ' Sack the Board' if there are people with sufficient funds to replace them. I don't see many people with the odd two or three million pounds to spare queing up, do you ?

On the Angus Beith question , Im up tomorrow and will ask Robbo what the outcome is but from what I ve been told in the past is that there was a recurring injury which was expected to clear up but just hasnt up to now so it doesnt look good for the lad. I ll ask John to clarify the situation when I see him. The other question that was asked was George Oakley. The club was between a rock and a hell of a hard place. We did not want to lose him but contract up in the summer and he wanted to play SPL football for Hamilton and it was one of his old gaffers that he knew he was going to......we were buggered ! Sad , cos I really liked him. He gave 100%, when he was on the pitch.
  41. Unfortunately not as we have misplaced our recipe book. Think it must have inadvertently been thrown out with our hairdressing manual Fifty Shades of Blue Rinse. However we will have a selection of hot savoury pies courtesy of Hastie and Dyce. ??
  42. Have you ever considered starting a more positive thread ?
