How easy/difficult would it be to record one of our songs at the match and then use it as a ring-tone,

It would be fairly easy to do on your phone, depending on what kind you have, however it will most likely not be loud enough for you to hear when it's ringing.

It really depends how your recording the song.

If it's your phone the quality will be limited but maybe your better prepared than I think and actually know far more than me (no very difficult).
