Its a really really stupid article. Then there is another article claiming it was all a big joke and that humourless Germans are getting overly wored up about it.

Its either one of the worst jokes ever or an awful attempt at trying to save face.

I could maybe see the point if there was a big giant swastica in the middle of the strip but no there isn't the shirt happens to be black. Like how they had personal body guards that wore black.
