I'm not sufficiently familiar with the programme with the perpetually miserable Cockneys to be able to make comparisons but I'm sure it would be possible to fill a cast with surnames like Mapplebeck, Stewart, Drummond, Rodgers, Fridge, Williamson etc.

The pub would have to be the Thornbush because only it could rival the Queen Vic for potetial danger to life both within and in the immediate vicinity.
