New Fitness Coach

We have a new fitness coach, Jason Hastings (Richard's brother).

He has done a bit of fitness training with ICT before and any player I've spoken to has a lot of respect for him.

He has his own personal training company and wealth of knowledge, good choice IMHO.

Hopefully he can generate 11 Don Cowie's on the park  :022:

Played football with Jason (and Richard) many moons ago, he was a nice guy back then, is he to replace our current fitness coach or work alongside with?
