Sorry I didn't make that clear. Imrie is reportedly on higher wages than most, if not all of our established 1st team players. So releasing Dennis won't leave us enough to bring anothe Imrie type player from lower divisions.  For the record I thought that Imrie was immense yesterday, so it's nothing against him, but you can understand why some of the 1st team may be a little unsettled. 

That's why I think we need to try to keep some of the players we have who can still offer something as we don't really pay the money to replace them with better players.

we can easily get better than wyness for the same cash he,s on,iam sure theres someone in div 1 who scores more than him,i have faith in brewster,look at imrie,people were slagging brew of signing him,but look hows hes turning out! sometimes a step up a divison takes time but imries settled in straight away

personally i would be gutted to see denzil leave but i think if him and Baz could be persuaded to become a "super sub" role with a veiw that it gives our younger boys coming through some experience to look toward
