The BBC have said that a visiting committee has visited all the teams grounds and facilities and they favour Annan's bid but teams may vote against Annan because of the distance it takes to get there

Apparently Spartans new ground doesn't cover all the requirements - something about fans needing to walk across the front of it to take their seats?

Yep, that was Annan. I remember i took someone to that game who hadn't been before and stated ICT would bang a few goals in and stroll to an easy win, followed a few minutes later by Annan opening the scoring :029: Obviously got better from there

Congratulations to Annan Athletic on being elected to the SFL. Bit of a shocker that one as I really thought Spartans would do it but they went out in the first round of voting.

Annan's first game as an SFL side will be at the ice station to take on Clyde in the challenge cup.
