I read in today's Sun Newspaper that Inverness Caledonian Thistle are 1 of 4 clubs interested in signing United goalie Michael McGovern who will leave Dundee U in the Summer.

The others were Motherwell, Ross County and Shamrock.

WhI dont think Motherwell will try for him. The have got enough keepers including michael fraser who is going there.

Well... you read it in the sun??? Doubt anyone wants him :rotflmao:

Surely you aren't mocking The Sun's credibility as a respectable source!

No No, they get everyything right! :thumb04:

A Very factual 'Broadsheet' newspaper compataible for the elders, even adam rooney (32 or 33) gets a mention in it soon after we sign him.

Thought he was a young player . . . :018:

Daily Record :rotflmao: or P&J on a saturday ;)

County and Shamrock?? :rotflmao:

As far as i know he is a decent keeper. I think he has been in the Northern Ireland squad once or twice.

Most football clubs like to have 3 keepers just as a back up. Smith will start for them next season in nets and Fraser will prob warm the bench. Mcgovern will stay as 3rd choice keeper getting the odd cup game prob

He's signing for County, apparently is impressed with the squad we are building :P

That is incorrect

Ross County was asked this question today in an interview and said this is not the case, although they are on the look out for a keeper it is a back up keeper they are looking for, as they want Malin to be the number one keeper next season

Derek Adams is quoted saying its an SPL keeper i doubt it would be as back-up
