The way I understand it.....

Game was due to kick off at 3pm but team never arrived at stadium till 3:15pm

They asked for the match to be put back to 6pm which Falkirk disagreed with and 5pm was agreed.

The team then screwed around at 5pm and game never kicked till near 6pm anyway.
