He will NOT be going to County.  he WILL be going to a team in central belt either loan with view to permanent move or a permanent move straight away.

Even if he didn't want to move to the central belt there would be absolutley no way he'd ever be going to County

Saint Mirren tabled a 49 k bid for Rankin this week, and had the offer rejected.

Anyone heard this elsewhere?
