Good afternoon ICT fans, Yeovil Town fan here in peace.

Our season ends tomorrow after we play Carlisle away so we have announced our 2nd pre season friendly and we play you guys, which will be the first ever meeting between us! Date of the game is Tuesday 12 July with a 7.45pm kick off. Game to be played at our Huish Park ground and I am looking forward to it. Will be the first time we will see Adam Rooney since his loan spell with us.

Are you on tour in southern England?

For those that don't know, we play in the third tier, League One where we ensured suvival two weeks ago making next season our 7th at this, the highest league we have ever played in.

I have always looked out for your results for some unexplained reason, ever since you and Ross County got elected.

Was down in northwich a week before Caley played there.now I'm down in Newquay the week before Caley play yeovil a 3hour drive....you taking the p**s out of me Caley??

So next year I think I will go to the USA or Asia let me know what dates are good first

For those interested in this, Easyjet have flights from Inverness to Bristol on a daily basis.

Currently, you can fly down on Monday 11th for ?38 (dep 13:55, arr: 15:15) and fly back on Tuesday 13th for ?28 (dep 12:05, arr 13:30)

The train costs ?15 each way from Bristol Temple Meads to Yeovil Pen Mill station, and there is a shuttle bus beween the airport and BTM.

I'm sure a bus or taxi wouldnt cost too much to get to Yeovil's ground.

Yes, it was broadcast on ESPN which I subscribe to.

Sky Sports broadcast some Scottish games (mainly anything to do with the Old Firm) with ESPN broadcasting 1-2 games a week. I am a football fan so watch any live games on TV!

Here in Vancouver I watch all the MLS games involving the Vancouver Whitecaps on the TV --best seat in the house. So I get to see all of the MLS(Major League Soccer) teams here in North America for free.

There are now only two Canadain teams in this league, Toronto and Vancouver the latter having their first season in the MLS. They started with a bang beating Toronto in Vancouver but frankly have been struggling a bit since then . No bad beatings but having a hard time winning.Early days, however.

Otherwise, I can view EPL on the T.V. also but currently we are all glued to the National Hockey League (ice hockey, that is) play-offs where Vancouver is the favourite to win the Stanley cup. If they beat the Nashville Predators this evening at home here in Vancouver, they advance to the Western Conference Final and the glittering prize becomes even closer. For each round it's the best of 7 games and, man, is it exciting with all the players playing as hard and as fast as they can.In the play-offs most of the shifts are about 30 seconds and then off to the bench to be instantly replaced by the next line (4 lines available for each team with the top players being in the first line.The 4th line for each team is often the tough guys who can skate and hit but are not necessarily extremely skilled--the grafters, like). Anyway that's a wee insight into the National sport here in Canada.

The Olympics Final last year , Canada versus the U.S.A. was the best game I have ever seen. WOW!

I must say , hoewever, some of the games featuring Vancouver in the play-offs this year(eg. versus Chicago Blackhawks) have been on a par and you either pick your nails to the quick or you are almost limo at the end. Smile.

Gates at the Whitecaps at home have been very good since they entered the MLS --about 20,000 fans.

Thanks, I do have a passing interest in Ice Hockey - but it goes back to the Steve Yzerman days. Not really follow it since. More football and cricket now :) That said, Ice Hockey players are ace and to watch a full 60 minute match is tremendous played at 200mph!

It is strange though how different the sports respective nations follow.
