This clip from The Tube was the first tune I ever heard from the Durutti Column. Been hooked ever since. Just came across it on YouTube - as good as I remembered

Duratti Collum are brilliant Starchief

Check out their early or first album maybe, the one with the sandpaper cover, some clever clogs can maybe tell us what it's called. Anyone?

Anyway, I listened the other night to either Fish/Marillion, who I am not really a big fan of, doing a brilliant version of Alex Harvey's "Boston Tea Party"

Peat bog Faeries?!

Not something you could usually pay me to listen too, but nicely surprised, they even have a horn section.

Just checked out Terry Bozio drum solo DT pretty good! He had a drun clinic tour a few years ago my mate went to see him in Perth of all places.

Try watching Frank Zappa's "whippng post" various versions on youtube

and, since i'm on a roll.....check out Stevie Wonders "front line" some great versions of this on youtube also.

The Pulp fiction soundtrack. One of the best film soundtracks ever.

Misirlou, Urge overkill, Surf Rider are all such great tracks. After watching the film I went and learnt all those songs on guitar, apart from Misirlou, it's impossible
