I'm not sure, you'd normally expect it with your final pay (assuming you had one).

But you don't have to have one, a new employer can get you to fill out a P46 instead.

Have you contacted the employer and said where is it?

If so, you could send them a letter demanding it by return and stating that unless you recieve it you will contact HMRC Employer Compliance Section with a complaint.
