Find a shop which does embroidery instead of printing. Try a sports or jeans outfitter.

My wife, a highly skilled professional seamstress has recently been hired by a company here named Mark's Work Wearhouse -- maybe Scotty has one in Toronto as well but I am not sure whether the owner has expanded that far. She does attachments for sports kits and strips. The embroidery machines do all the stitching and it's fascinating to watch.

At home, with her own sewing machine, she is getting a reputation for attaching patches on jackets for burly bikers.

I take it that the club print names and numbers on their shirts, so could they not offer this service to fans? Might bring in a little bit of extra momey.
