I must say I’m surprised to have pipped you and Doofers Dad at the very end!

Congratulations, Robert.  To be fair, I was never really in the hunt.  But rather like ICT, I came into some late form only to slip up a bit in the final two rounds of games.  

Hard luck, Gringo.  Maybe next season will be your year.  You could then pull the plug on the game and be the champion in perpetuity!

Many thanks for running the prediction league.  It is a bit of fun and it is a shame the numbers get fewer each year.  Hopefully a bit more competition next year.

Thanks DD. I blew the title with an Arsenalesk performance. Think I was some 150 points ahead at one stage having got 3 correct scores one week. It's not very often I hit top spot so it was nice whilst there. I also played 5 games less which would have made ll the difference.

Thank you for playing. Yes it would be great to have more playing but my efforts to get more involved have failed.

I’ve just seen the final table: two in a row, which I’m amazed at given I normally back ICT to win.

Looking forward to another close battle next season, and hopefully some new players enter.

Indeed, massive congratulations to you on retaining the CTO PL Bragging Rights title. I don't keep a record of winners but, I can't remember anyone retaining the title before. You could be the first but I'll stand corrected. A poor show from me this season and never looked like hitting the top spot all season. 

The CTO PL will return next season and hopefully without adding teams we've never seen in this league before.

It's just a shame we can't attract more players to the contest.

I’ll be back next season guys - I’ve missed playing the CTO Prediction league but life got a bit complicated for a while.

Mind you if it’s anything like the last couple of seasons I played Robert will have nothing to fear from my title challenge!

Just joined this now as I had forgotten my password for a few days but my memory came back at the start of the week and I totally forgot about the prediction league .

I'm determined to have a good season so beware y'all .
