hi when video plays on windows media it plays lines instead of showing video,same lines you get when you play music on wm

how can i fix it with plug ins

got a back log of videos to upload

Sounds like only the Audio has been encoded to the file and no video, or it has been encoded in such a manner that the Video isn't being read by Media Player.
