Date of 'last visit'

Forgive me if this has been asked by other people, but why does my 'date of last visit' still show 9th Aug, when I've logged in two or three times a day every day since then? Not a big deal, obviously, I'm just curious.

We have been tweaking the cookie settings etc used by the board since we launched the new forum software and it sounds like you might have a "stuck" cookie. Not a problem as such, but if you use the link at the foot of the forum on the main index page to clear all cookies set by the forum and then log back in then it should keep itself more up to date.

Alternatively you can go into your browsers options for clearing private data/cookies etc and remove it from there and then log back in.

I'm sure Scotty will correct me if I've got the "logic" behind it wrong.

We have been tweaking the cookies and session lengths ever since we moved over to try and get the balance right.

if you are having problems then the best solution is to clear all cookies from this site and relogin which should hopefully solve most issues. I also recommend that you set browser cache to check on every visit to page so you arent loading up old pages from your cache.
