Another 6 days!

God, I can't stand it any more, to have to put up with another 6 days of drivel from the English media for their beloved team's 6 day stay of execution in the WC.  Let's hope Portugal sort them out next Saturday like they did in Euro 2004 (penalities again would be good with a sand hole for the spot).  Ecuador were just not up to the task today, when Ingerland were there for the taking. :029:

Might go on even longer than that RS. Portugal are England's next challenge and they had two guys sent off in the match against the Dutch and it looks they'll be without their Man Utd star. Are the Gods now shining on England. We'll have to wait and see.

I think they'll get through to the semi due to a deflected free kick from Beckham.

Then in the semi, the Brazil team bus will be in a crash and they'll have to play their 50 year old coaching staff, who play Engerland off the park but lose to a deflected free kick from Beckham.

On the morning of the final, the Berlin Wall is rebuilt. The German team is stranded in the East and England start the game without them. The game is goalless up till stoppage time when Beckham scores from a deflected free kick.

Scolari & Ronaldo are confident that he will play.

Figo cleared of headbutt and Deco will be the only major loss

Sure they can do it shame we do have to endure 6 more days of jingoism
