So priority groups only have today and tomorrow! Not much time since most won't even know about this until the deadline has passed!

And why not sell tickets before the Hearts game as well, would make it easier for a lot of people if a stall/s was set up to sell celtic outside the stadium.

Technically speaking they don't need to give priority to anyone....but nice that they are, and also good that they have extended opening hours to allow as many as possible to take advantage of it.

Trying to sell Cup Tickets before the Hearts game would be a logistical nightmare....taking details (name, address etc) for purchasers, trying to check that off against the database to ensure no tickets are being sold to Celtic Fans (as much as is possible) for the home end, taking credit/debit card payments from a remote location...all that on top of dealing with the game in hand...it just wouldn't work and would end up creating more problems than anything else.

Pity they couldnt wait until a few home games had passed - so they could gage the potential of saturday morning ticket sales from there.

A wee reserve pile of tickets a couple dozen wouldnt do any harm - not as if we sell out each time

Got further information on the arrangement with Eden Court this morning.

The setup is that Eden Court are given blocks of tickets to sell for specific areas in the Main Stand and North Stand....so you don't have full choice on which part of the stadium you wish to sit.

Priority sales are not offered via Eden Court and they do not have the ability to deal with enquiries regarding season tickets etc....these will have to be done via the Ticket Office as normal.

Eden Court were being supplied with tickets for the Celtic game this morning, now that it is on General Sale. These will be available until they sell out and/or 5pm on the Friday before the game (awaiting final confirmation on that time).

In short, it's an outlet for those looking to purchase tickets and are happy to take the ones on offer and not looking to sit in a specific area.

Hope that helps clear up any confusion.

Spoken to a few people who are being put off by the price...the £15 concession seems to be a particular turn-off and is by far the most expensive of the round with every other game offering a £5 child ticket of some kind (even Rangers v Dundee Utd).
