Ticket refunds

Am i right in thinking tickets for cancelled games used to be "non refundable" till the Celtic v ICT when the roof got blown off and the game cancelled on the grounds of crowd safety, the ruling was challenged and changed after that game,can anyone confirm this or am i just going senile  :024:

Original club statement was it was dependant on the home clubs policy(i.e. Huntly in this case) but this has now been clarified and refunds are being given
