AFAIK, Tescos and Morrisons fuel is imported by boat.  I can only go on what I've been told.

Correct. Some of the supplies might still come from Grangemouth via tanker as well though. The Border Thistle arrived into Aberdeen on Monday at 1a.m. and this made the front page of the Evening Express. Fair enough considering it is a big story just now but they managed to stick in a picture of the Border Heather to go with the story  :015:

There are a couple of ships sail from Grangemouth to the various storage depots around the country, including Aberdeen and Inverness. Distribution is then carried out from those depots.
