On sky sports website transfer deadline day special it has a box titled Totaliser showing how much money the EPL have spent in the current transfer window. It currently stands at 389 million pounds

I wonder how much Scottish clubs have spent in total?

Its not a question of how much was spent in Scotland. Its a case of which teams actually are capable of spending money, i can only think of 3, maybe 4 teams.
