I turned on the Europa cup quarter final between Lyon and Juventus only to find that Collum is the ref, really!!! how can that incompetent fool of a man get a match of this profile

He seems to be highly regarded by UEFA. He's also refereed Real Madrid, amongst others in this seasons Champions League and also taken Sweden v Germany in the World Cup Qualifiers. He's also on FIFA's 24 man Elite Referee List.
