Is it just me or did Brazil's opening World Cup goal not remind you of a move often employed by our good selves. Emerson (Russell Duncan), a tireless and undervalued holding midfield player, battles to win the ball deep in his own territory. He then pings a ball down the wing where the skillful, overlapping Cafu (Ross Tokely) forages forward and spies Kaka (Barry Wilson) holding back in acres of space..Kaka (Bazza) strides forward and hits a curling screamer into the corner of the net.

The Boys from the Copacabana have been watching videos from the Longman!!

And was it the painkillers or did I hear the Brazil fans singing "Its just like watching Tokely" after Cafu strolled back after yet another decisive burst in the second half?

It's not just the Brazillians that have been on a spying mission down fortress Longman it seems we've had a Spannish spy amongst us.
