You can download it for free from the CM website. It's definately up online - I downloaded it. It's a bit protracted to download and you'll need a lot of disk space. I deleted it though - didn't want to become addicted to it again.

Does it come with the Editor?

I think you can download the editor for it. Can't remember if it comes with the program. http://www.championshipmanager.co.uk/
