I posted on my Facebook the other week i was toying with leaving Cradlehall and maybe moving back to Dalneigh. quite a lot of peeps told me to stay wehre i was, even people who are from Dalneigh, coz its not the nice place i grew up in any more.

Dalneigh isn't anywhere near as bad as what some people seem to think it is. I often wonder where they get the impression that it's a "rough" area from....but in saying that it doesn't help when ill informed journalists are describing events as being in Dalneigh when that are actually in Muirtown, the Bught, the Carse, Merkinch...heck, I even remember trouble at the Tarry Isle being referred to as "In the Dalneigh area".

It would take a lot to convince me to move to any other part of the city.

Oh take me back to the good old days. Footie matches against the Ferry on our wee pitch behind St Fergus (now garages). Some tough, but good guys around in those days!
