Try again but a bit more challenging, get those thinking caps on.

1. Songs or song titles that have the name of a place, town/city/rivers/mountains etc for as many countries in the world as possible.

2. For the USA/Canada the same ideal but for the states including the state name itself.

Multiple answers for each country/state can be suggested.

So mine are
