Whats Happened To Inverness Town Centre?

Youth culture nowadays up north has fallen down a great deal, yob culture is rife, as it is everywhere im afraid too say, nothing new, but even a number of years ago it was not so bad as witnessed on my last trip north, christmas past.

Add the pure quietness of the place, it seems like a ghost town compared to where i've stayed since leaving a few years ago. But i agree there are changes in the wings from what i have heard and hopefully good times are rolling on down.
