Danny Macdonald?

Now that the club have got rid of the (IMO) eejit that was wrecking our club from the foundations (Mike Smith), will the Directors have the courage and common sense to persuade Danny Macdonald, one of the most talented youth coaches in Scotland, to come back and carry on the great work he was doing with the Youth and community department, alongside Charlie Christie?

Would the desision to get rid of Danny not have been made at Board level rather than Mike Smith, I think you might find this to be the case.

I met Danny when i was doing work experience at the club, he's a nice guy. I dont think he was sacked, wasn't it just a joint agreement that he would go?

Danny coming back to ICT = not going to happen anytime soon. too many raw emotions involved.

As far as dissecting the reasons, I would suggest we stop now. Its getting into the realms of personal stuff that we discourage and there are very few on this board (including myself) that would know fact from fiction in this story.
