I hear that we have striker Ryan Harper on trial. he nearly signed for Hamilton 18 months ago but the deal fell through due to his 'complicated registration history'.

You can't write someone off because another club didn't like them. Look at Paul Ritchie, before he signed for us he had a 2 week trial at St Mirren and they punted him.

We should be impressed that the Club have signed two and taken three on trial so early in the window. With Pressley offered a contract and who is to say others are potentially on their way, this is positive news. This lad sounds very determined to make a success in Scotland.

I don't think Brewsters done half bad in the market so far but this guy is not what we need. We need somone up top who knows the SPL game. He dosen't.
