A place I have stayed a couple of times is the Rob Roy Motel just outside Aberfoyle. Quite reasonable and the food is really decent. Aberfoyle is a mile away along a cycle path. A few miles east is Loch Rusky which is actually in the Lowlands and attracts all the photographers at dawn if it's misty. Loch Ard in the pic is just to the west and it carries on to Inversnaid on Loch Lomond.

I wasn't sure if you were joking. I took this at the weekend but it's obviously along the road a bit. Never actually saw the sewage stuff, had one eye on the road.
