While he seems to have done reasonably well at Wycombe, his only stint in management north of the border was hardly a resounding success !

Lambert did well with Wycombe. Play offs two years running.  But for last second equalisers by both Milton Keynes Dons and Peterborough (both of whom got promotion) against them in recent weeks, they would surely have clinched an automatic promotion spot.  I only saw Wycombe play once this season and they played good football. I wouldn't be surprised to see Lambert in contention for the next SPL job up for grabs. Having said that, I hope it is not ours!

Only because, as I've said on other threads, I think Brewster should be given another season to prove himself.  Therefore I don't want managerial change at ICT in the near future, when Lambert presumably will be job hunting.

John Robertson is being lined up by the new owners of Livingston according to one rumour doing the rounds.
