Inverness manager Charlie Christie revealed that he is still looking for another forward and a new central defender.

But Austrian league players Dominique Taboga and Benedict Bauer have not made it over to Scotland for a proposed trial.

Christie said: "With one of them picking up an injury it seemed pointless just taking one of them over, so they will both come on 16 July once we return from our Italian training camp."

Taboga, 24, is a centre-back who was with second division side SC Kapfenberg last season.

Bauer, a 20-year-old striker, is in the first-team squad at top-flight outfit Admira Wacker.

It says in the P and J today that CC has given up on Baur and the other guy because he reckons that the two Austrians on trial just now at ICT are just as good.

Cant see that on their website .... but those ARE the two on trial at the moment .. in fact we have three Austrians ... Bauer, Taboga and Pusic

That's what it said on their back page but it could be someone putting the wrong names down.
