Delighted we got the win today. With the resources at hand, the gaffer is doing a great job. Long may he remain at the helm. Heard Odi and Granty were superb today. Roll on the sheep.

Basically I agree with that, but let's not get carried away here - it's not like we've beaten the best team in the league today.

Great day. Thought Proctor should have been dropped because of his performances of late, but dont know who would take his place considering our injuries. But thought the team we had after Proctor went off should have started the game. We did well. Duff at right-back was good, even though he was doing well in midfield. Nick Ross, i thought, had a no bad game today.

Excellent 3 points!! These are the type of games we HAVE to win, taking points off the 'wee teams' that are around us.

Cracking result and proved that the selection decisions made in midweek were the correct ones. Grant was excellent today, best game he's played in ages. Maybe not having the responsiblity of being captain will be a good thing for him. Nick Ross was also very good in centre midfield after Proc went off and Duff to full back.

St Mirren might not be the best team in the league but make no mistake that was an important victory against a team in a similar position to ourselves. Not to mention the boost to the confidence required after Cellic in midweek.

Thats true JB...but in many ways, todays result is more important than a one off win against one of the big teams.

Great to see....... and without a full defence.

Would have gone for 3 points today over a narrow loss in the Cup midweek ..... good management in 'my book'

Think you are absolutely spot on about Grant, even his use of possesion seems to have improved. I think he did a great job as captain but you might be right that he can concentrate on his own job rather than the whole teams.

Tel is paid to make the important decisions and with Wednesday's selection and todays result he might just have made an essential one to keep us in the division.

Got everything spot on. He prioritised and it payed off.

Oh Mahonio?

Well done to Shinnie too. Hopefully he'll continue to make first team appearances for us on a regular basis, regardless of injuries.

So terry's back in the good books :)

Think he may be one of the only managers not being called for the sack in the spl!

Also heard that most managers only last a season to a season and a half so butcher's doing pretty well :)

True. But we've beat a team 'around us' which is a good start.

Terry showed great bottle in dropping regulars at Parkhead...who else would have done that? Paid off with the win yesterday and the rested players playing well. TERRY AND MO!

Good article in the Sunday Herald...

Roll on the sheep.

Is that how you celebrate a win? I just had few beers myself.

Beers, sheep, victory beers is hopefully the plan for Saturday.
