my question to staff member at new cigs/lotto counter: Can you tell me please why my Lotto Speed Card does not work at the tills whilst my Euro & Thunderball cards do?

Response: I don't know. ......... Full Bludy Stop!!!!!

Not even :" i'll try to find out" or "i'll print another for you"

They are getting worse - roll on ASDA (even if The Builder does make a fortune from it!

Aye, Tesco's staff certainly have plenty to learn in terms of customer service. ASDA staff certainly seem far more customer focused that Tesco's - Walmart US-style staff training and motivation more than apparent.
