Free Video Editing Software

I am looking for a good and free video editing program and I was wondering if anyone could recomend any!

I'm using windows movie maker but you can only make videos you can't get edit movie clips!

Windows Movie Maker does "Video Effects", but if you wants something that has a bit more then http://www.avs4you.com has a good all round (free) Video Editor.
