I notice Charlie saying in todays HN that one of the players being released is Ben Jackson.

Never got to see him play so I've no idea how good he was anyway.

Given that Wyness, Bayne and McAllister have been so poor recently, I would suggest that if Jackson was any good he'd have been given a chance.

Good luck to him though, he looked fast in the warm-ups!

Unfortunately he suffered a nasty injury to his knee at the last reserve game he played in. Could be out for a while. He looked quite good in the reserve games, but CC was obviously unsure when he took so long to decide whether or not to give him a contract. Dundee Utd maybe??
