He got the scan on Wednesday but the results werent due to till today so i would imagine there may be something later today

They are a bit slow with regards to this injury and all we can do is speculate, although my original post was straight from the horses mouth via another party.

That's arthroscopic surgery at least , probably, for sure. The pain may go when any debris from the tear (s) is removed but the strength and stability of the knee may never recover without a full re-build.

Bet he won't be back for 3 months minimum.
