Its pretty obvious . The less there is for kids to do the bigger the temptation of drugs become .

It's a valid point but one which the Council will not care a jot about.

Sorry, I kind of knew what you were meaning, just wanted clarification.

Personally I think they should have a breakdown of every single place they could make cuts so that we could all have a look. I think school dinners will possibly be going down to one choice which would cut waste and save money.
