I thought he must have signed as they read his name out with the team.

Well yes, it is good that he has found a senior club and has a chance to build on this and get noticed, but if you hadd said to him when he was in our matchday squads that he'd soon be on trial at Albion Rovers......

Jonny Tuffey conceded 6 goals at home for Glenavon against Icelandic part timers KR Reykjavic and they are 10th out of 12 in their league. A sore one to take for him.

4 Aug.   Bad night for Aberdeen.  Adam Rooney missed a penalty, and Graeme Shinnie 'scored' the own goal in the 94th minute, which lost Dons the match and saw them knocked out of Europe.

It lost them the match but not the tie. They were out anyway at 0-0.

Wasn't sure whether to post this here or on the ex ICT Players Score thread.

I see Jordan Gibbons (who we brought in on loan from QPR in 2013) has retired through injury.  I see he's only 22 and had a short spell at Yeovil before retiring at the end of last season.

Posted

Also I see Andre Blackman has joined Jordan Roberts at Crawley Town.  This is his sixth club since his bizarre spell with us.  He's only made 13 first team appearances in that time.

Has Mutombo got a club yet? You'd have thought that with a fair bit of talent and some televised goals he wouldn't find it at all difficult, but after a quick search he still seems to be out of work - for a brief moment though I thought he'd returned to the continent to sign for Vereinslos, until I realised it's the German word for out of contract!

Saw Stuart Duff playing for Cove last week at Bonnyrigg. As ever, living up to his name. Cove fans don't like him.

Liam Hughes scored for Barrow in a 2-2 draw at Taunton then was sent off for headbutting the goalkeeper:laugh:

BBC initially announced him as the scorer but the goal has since been awarded to another player.  He's still being credit with the straight red though!

Probably just wanted a wee word in his ear, but with his usual lack of finesse and control.....

Found him! Last week he went on trial with Partizan (Belgrade) and has since scored in a friendly. According to a Serbian article, the "dark skinned attacker" had an unsuccessful trial at the same club back in 2014.

Well done Yngwie, I've been looking for him for a while now.  I'll add him to by ex ICT players list.

David Bingham is the new manager of Whitehill Welfare of the Lowland League after Steven Hislop left to become assistant manager at Linlithgow Rose of the East Superleague.

First Mantis, then those two - what is it about Whitehill that attracts so many ICT legends?!

Talented as he was as a player, Bingham never struck me as having management credentials, but best of luck to him.

I'm quite surprised he still hasn't been picked up.  He wasn't a bad player by any means, just a little erratic and inconsistent.

Anyone not able to get to Killie tomorrow (17 Dec), with nothing better to do,  could watch one of our ex players, 'Tobi' Sho-Silva, on the box (BT Sport at 12.15), playing for Bromley at Macclesfield in a National League game.  (assuming he is selected of course)
